JOBURG was shot entirely on location in and around Johannesburg, South Africa.
Due to a high rate of violent crime, the producers of JOBURG placed security as a high priority for the safety of the cast, crew, and film equipment.
EYETHU SECURITY, a subsidiary of the EYETHU GROUP, provided first class security, logistics, and permitting for the duration of the shoot. At no point was anything stolen and, more importantly, the safety of the cast and crew was never compromised.
